For this bundle, I began with the intention of kindness. I pulled an oracle card before creating the bundle and this sentence stood out to me;

With this in mind, meet me on the mat in your cosiest of clothes. Gather all the props you need. For the restorative prcatise, I recommend gathering a bolster/3 bed pillows, extra cushions, blanket, cosy socks and anything else that will support your practise.
 
The restorative practise can be followed by the nidra or the practises can be done seperately.
