This is a beautifully slower paced class drawing on elements of yin yoga. Yin yoga is a practice in which we can hold poses for anywhere between 3 to 5 minutes. This gives our bodies time to really settle into the poses, still finding a stretch while also finding stillness. Yin yoga is different from restorative yoga which we do as part of our monthly Sunday evening sessions. We will move through a flow to wiggle out the body and have those moments of stillness trickled throughout. We will have a longer Savasana at the end so feel free to bring a blanket or some cushions to stay extra cosy at the end. This class is suitable for beginners and those with more experience.
Early cancel is 12 hours before the class is due to take place online. Early cancel is 24 hours before the class is due to take place in studio. No cancellation available fro workshops. Late cancel is anytime after that where you will still be charged or lose that class credit. Rachelellenyoga reserves the right to cancel any session within a 12 hour window. If that is the case, you will be contacted regarding your class credit or class pass credit.
