This is a beautifully slower paced class drawing on elements of yin yoga. Yin yoga is a practice in which we can hold poses for anywhere between 3 to 5 minutes. This gives our bodies time to really settle into the poses, still finding a stretch while also finding stillness. Yin yoga is different from restorative yoga which we do as part of our monthly Sunday evening sessions.
