Service Description

Finding Joy in June has been a popular segment on my newsletters for the past few years. This year I decided to create a special 4 session package for us to meet on zoom (either live or via recording) for three morning practices and one evening meditation. Each session will be slightly different and take place over two weeks in June. The dates are here: Monday 17th - Morning Practice - 7:00am - 25 minutes I will guide a tapping sequence through the body. This can be done seated or standing up. This will lead into a morning meditation. Wednesday 19th - Morning Practice - 7:00am - 25 minutes This will be a guided meditation practice plus journal prompts. You will need a piece of paper and pen or a journal and pen. Tuesday 25th - Evening Meditation - 8:30pm - 30 minutes This will be a deeply restful session. We will check in at the beginning and I will guide a deeply restful yoga nidra style relaxation. Wednesday 26th - Morning Practice - 7:00am - 25 minutes Our final session will include a quick tapping sequence around the body, the final journal prompts and a meditation. Cancellation Policy

For workshops - non refundable. See their own Ts&Cs. For classes - early cancel is 12 hours online and early cancel is 24 hours in studio. Late cancel is anytime after that where you will still be charged or lose that class credit. Rachelellenyoga reserves the right to cancel any session within a 12 hour window. If that is the case, you will be contacted regarding your class credit or class pass credit.
