**Dates & Times vary** In this 75 minute class, we will focus on meditation and breath work to release our day/week so far and move out from a softer, more nourished space. We will move intentionally in order to stay connected to our bodies and what we need in any given moment. We will have a gentle flow before we arrive into an array of restorative yoga shapes. For this class, please have extra props and cosy things close by. I recommend two pillows/bolster, blanket, cosy socks and an eye covering. We will add in elements of restorative yoga to help recalibrate the nervous system and allow us to rest deeply. We may hold some poses for between 5-15 minutes. This class is suitable for beginners and those with more experience.
For workshops - non refundable. See their own Ts&Cs. For classes - early cancel is 12 hours online and early cancel is 24 hours in studio. Late cancel is anytime after that where you will still be charged or lose that class credit. Rachelellenyoga reserves the right to cancel any session within a 12 hour window. If that is the case, you will be contacted regarding your class credit or class pass credit.
