Join me for this fun flow to wind down from the week and into the weekend. We will have some good tunes, hopefully lots of laughs as we flow together. This class is suitable for beginners and those with more experience too.

Cancelation Policy

For workshops - non refundable. See their own Ts&Cs. For classes - early cancel is 12 hours online and early cancel is 24 hours in studio. Late cancel is anytime after that where you will still be charged or lose that class credit. Rachelellenyoga reserves the right to cancel any session within a 12 hour window. If that is the case, you will be contacted regarding your class credit or class pass credit.
