July 2024 marks the end of my 5 year yoga teaching career. To celebrate this end (even though I don't think it is a goodbye to yoga teaching forever), I have bundled up 10 of my favourite zoom recorded practices from over the years.
 
They include meditations, Slow Flow, Hip Opening Flow and Rise & Shine Flow.
No edits, just how they were when we practiced live together.

You must download the PDF file within 30 days of receipt in order to continue to have access to the videos. When you download and save the PDF file, all you need to do is click on the pink links under each class title in order to open the class (any issues with links, please email me). The videos are hosted via Youtube so as long as Youtube is there, so the classes will be too.
