yoga & meditation in June




June 2025 calls for a bunch of online meditation and movement classes. Each movement class is 40 minutes and each meditation class is 20 minutes. Recordings are available for all.


So what is on this month?







Class Descriptions:

Slow Flow

One of my favourite (and most long standing online classes) evening practices. We start with a check-in meditation and move gently through a vinyasa flow, often taking time to pause in shapes or wiggle a little longer, and we end the class in a restful savasana.


Saturday Morning Flow

A gorgeous way to start the day. 40 minutes to wiggle and check in. We start with a check-in meditation and move through a vinyasa flow style practice generally with some shakes, some laughs and some balancing along the way.  A restful savasana to end.


Sunday Restore*NEW*

I'm really excited for this one. A Sunday evening wind down. Not too long and not too short. We will start in a seated position for some breathwork and gentle movement. Then we will move through some yoga shapes, staying closer to the floor, and end in a yoga nidra style relaxation.


Hip Opening Flow

Bringing this OG class back for a June session! Lunchtime wiggles look like an opening meditation, some sun salutations (maybe a little balance of two) and a lie down.


Vinyasa Flow

A Monday night check-in after work or before dinner. A gentle check in with yourself at the start of the week to breathe, to move, to rest.



There is also a bunch of morning and evening meditations scattered throughout the schedule. Drop in for movement classes is £8 and £6 for meditation classes.
