Release to Rise ~ one final time

This July I decided to put out one final Release to Rise workshop.

Three hours for you to come as you are and be taken care of.

Just imagine the space with me for a moment...

You walk down Montgomery Street Lane to be greeted by the wonderful Ashtanga Yoga Edinburgh studio. You come in and pop your shoes by the door. You hang up your jacket in the changing room switch your phone on do not disturb, grab a cuppa tea and walk up the stairs to the studio. You are met with the sweet scent of palo santo, candles are lit, your mat is laid out for you with a bolster, blocks, blanket and an eye pillow at the ready. There is an array of oracle cards spread around the room and you see a beautiful notebook ready and waiting for you to open it on your mat. This is your space for the next three hours. The outside world will still be there when we leave.

I will guide you through different meditations, restful yoga practices (using the bolster, blocks and blankets for extra support) and guided relaxations.

There will be space to journal using prompts that I have created and quiet space that is weaved throughout the three hours.

During our relaxation, there will be optional hands-on assists using essential oils. This would look like a gentle head and forehead massage followed by a gentle press onto both shoulders using my hands.

Again, everything is optional.

I created the idea of Release to Rise way back in 2019.

A time when my whole life tipped itself upside down (or more to the point, I myself tipped it upside down) and I was suddenly filled with so many creative ideas. I wrote the words down in an old journal and it would take until the very beginning of 2021 for them to turn into anything. Online versions of Release to Rise began and I slowly took them into studios, including this one where we are having our last one when it was under different management, Calm on Canning Street and the Salisbury Centre. To see an idea so small back then be transformed over the years has been truly beautiful.

So come and join me for the final one.

It is £60 to book now via rachelellenyoga.com or email me at rachelellenyoga1@gmail.com to avail of a payment plan to join. A bespoke embossed notebook created specifically for these workshops by Nikki Strange and refreshments throughout the three hours are all included in the price.

Any questions, drop me an email. I hope to see you there.
